We are in the middle of Tuscany, between Arezzo, Florence and Siena, on the hills of the Chianti that dominate the Upper Valdarno.
The farm, in the town of Bucine, consists of the large Villa built in the first decades of 1700 by the artist Massimiliano Soldani Benzi and other 5 farmhouses near the main one and 4 swimming pools. The holiday houses of the Wine Estate, are all independent and surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and a large wooded area, as well as three small private lakes. The whole area is dominated by the beautiful medieval tower of Galatrona. The tower is what remains of a medieval castle of which we have news only before 1000 AD. Villa Petrolo is also ideal for ceremonies and events and can accommodate in an exclusive atmosphere over 30 guests in 16 bedrooms with spacious lounges and gardens.
