"Petrolo Estate" is situated among the green olive groves, active vineyards
and beautiful oak woods. A place full of charm and history. The estate has , as
its landmark , the Tower of Galatrona. The Tower's foundation dates back to the
Etruscan and Romans and the Estate's best wines are named "Torrione"
(big tower) and "Galatrona".The "Villa" overlooks the ancient
Romanesque Pieve (parish church), which houses works by Giovanni della Robbia.
All these places are within short walking distance from the main "Villa". Moreover,
available for the guests, are three small private lakes in which it is possible
to go fishing. On request it is possible to visit the wine-cellars and the traditional
olive-mill and to taste and purchase the estate's products. It's available
