Arezzo Antiques Fair 
Not
only the oldest antiques fair in Italy but also the biggest with over 500 stalls
the fair offers antiques and restored works in the incomparable setting of the
towns hisoric centre ... 
The
main section of the fair is located in Piazza San Francesco, Piazza Grande and
the Logge Vasari, and the stalls branch out from heree throughout the town, transforming
the area into one great market place. 
For
over 20 years the fair has taken place on the first weekend of every month and
has become an essential event for collectors and dealers alike, with an average
attendance of 20.000 people each weekend. 
The
exhibitors come from all over Italy and offer a panorama of cultural traditions,
costumes and artefacts from Italy's history. 
Together
with the open air stands there is a tradition of antique shops and dealers with
a wide range furniture, paintings and objects from the past, and of course the
collectors, dealers and other interested parties in search of that special discovery.
